*** JUST IN:  Metro has scheduled track work on the Orange Line in Virginia on June 9.  This will affect riders entering Vienna, Dunn Loring and West Falls Church metro stations. Buses will replace trains between East Falls Church and West Falls Church metros. We strongly encourage visitors to begin their commute at the East Falls Church station to avoid major delays.

Charter Buses Riders

If you have contracted with a charter bus company to bring your group to Girl Scouts Rock the Mall please note there will be no unloading of passengers at or near the Washington Monument grounds. We strongly encourage your group to off-load at a Metrorail station. For a detailed printable guide click here.

Daily rate bus parking is available at the following locations:
RFK Stadium (at a Metro station)        $30.00 per day
Buzzard’s Point                                      $50.00 per day

Important Notes on Transportation:

#1: No motor vehicles will be permitted to unload passengers at or near the Washington Monument grounds.  
#2: We strongly encourage the use of Metrorail to get around Washington DC
#3: Washington D.C. is a pedestrian friendly city.  Be prepared to walk.

For those with Accessibility/Accommodation needs: Due to high interest in registration for Girl Scouts Rock the Mall, we extended the registration deadline. However, we can not guarantee accessibility/accommodation for late registrants. Accessibility accommodations include: transportation from designated shuttle stops to the National Mall and seating in an accessible area.  Requests are being handled on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach maximum capacity. Please continue to indicate your needs on our registration forms. We will follow-up with you IF we are able to accommodate your request.
